Customer Service

Ordering & Payment
o subscribe to our trypsa welcome kits, please complete the online subscription form, and you will be registered as a trypsa.com customer.
To place an order for our welcome kits, you must create an online account with us. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. In the case of invoice payments, an invoice will be sent to your company’s billing address within seven days. These invoices can be settled via cheque or BACs.
Exchanges
We only replace boxs if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same box, send us an email at {email address} and send your box to: {physical address}.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. You can reach us via email at support@trypsa.com.
If the welcome kits have already been dispatched before the cancellation request, the total amount of the order can not be refunded.
If you are unsatisfied with the condition or contents of your welcome kits, please notify us within one week of receiving your box(es) by emailing us at support@trypsa.com. We will gladly address your concerns and discuss the necessary actions.
Collections & Resends
In the event that an incorrect delivery address is provided, resulting in the need for box collection and resend, charges will apply. The charge is 20$ per box. These charges cover the expenses associated with collection, box replacement, resend fulfillment, and delivery.
Damaged Boxes
If you or your recipient receive a damaged box, please inform us promptly by emailing us at support@trypsa.com. We will make arrangements to replace the box as soon as possible.
Welcome kits Contents
Please note that the brands included in the boxes may vary from time to time. Additionally, we may occasionally add extra products to the boxes on behalf of companies looking to provide samples to their clients.
While we strive for accuracy in photography and descriptions of the boxes, we retain the right to substitute boxs of similar or greater value if the specified boxs are unavailable for any reason.
Any props featured in the photographs are not included in the boxes unless explicitly stated (e.g., plates, teapot, wine glasses). While we aim for accuracy, we reserve the right to substitute boxs if necessary.
Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
Neither we nor the courier or postal service we utilize shall be held liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to fires, floods, explosions, accidents, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdowns, public highway obstructions, riots, government acts, acts of war, terrorism, acts of God, or any industrial disputes or strikes.
VAT
VAT in included in the trypsa welcome kits and will be detailed at the online checkout.
